  IS IT HARD TO TAKE MY OWN IMPRESSION?
It is simple to take your own impression providing you follow our step-by-step instructions.  The impression needs to show both the teeth and gums, so nice deep impressions work the best!

  WHAT TYPE OF NIGHT GUARD SHOULD I ORDER?
If your Dentist has provided you with a recommendation for a night guard, please select this when you order from us.

  SHOULD I ORDER AN UPPER OR A LOWER NIGHT GUARD?
You should order your night guard for the set of teeth (either upper or lower) which have the least amount of wear. 

Both sets of teeth will be protected from grinding so if for comfort reasons you prefer the opposite arch the night guard will still protect.

  HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE THE NIGHT GUARD?
We will send out the impression material 1 – 3 days from you placing your order.  Once you have taken your impression, please return it to us using the provided free post jiffy bag.  Once we have received your impression our technicians will make the custom mouthguard within 2 – 5 days. Should there be an urgent order we will endeavour to turn around as a priority, please e-mail should this be the case.
